Conservatories add value to your home

In this day and age, with the recession effecting us, home owners are looking at home improvement more than ever.

Why you ask? Well, even though the recession is currently in full force, the housing market has been devalued considerably. This means that instead of looking at trying to sell, home owners are thinking of improving what they have – either for personal use, or to improve their home so they can then manage to sell.

So despite the recession, our sales are doing well. We still get a very regular string of leads and take every care to meet the wants and needs of every customer individually.

An article in the Telegraph newspaper, spoke on this subject. The article states “Homeowners are spending an average of £5,300 on improving their homes rather than risk exposing themselves to the struggling property market, according to research.”

picture-007

The research continues to say that bathrooms and kitchens top the list for areas home improvement, this is not at all surprising as they are key areas to every home. The calculated average price for a new kitchen weighed in at £6,300 – a major investment.

It seems that people desire change. It is in our nature to want something new and adding Conservatories to properties seems to be a very popular and well thought out option at the moment.

People currently believe that adding more space to a property in the form of a conservatory or orangery will add around £20,000 or more to the value of a property. So generally this is a much better option than adding a kitchen or bathroom as a conservatory will add a lot more value to your home.

At West Yorkshire Windows, we understand that you need to get the best value for the best quality and have some great deals at the moment, including a massive 35% Contemporary Conservatories.

So if you’re looking to add to the value of your home, please request a free quote online from our website. All of our conservatories are tailor made for your requirements. Our range of Orangeries are more contemporary and may suit more modern homes even more.

Conservatories Rothwell

Dear Sir/Madam,

Not long ago we ordered a Conservatory in Rothwell. We were looking for a new Conservatory as we felt that it was the time to add to our home and were possibly looking at moving as well.

But in this current economy it would have been very hard to have sold our home, so we decided that adding an extension was the right way to go. Now when we do come to sell, it will also add to the value of our home as well, so we see it as a good purchase.

We chose West Yorkshire Windows, after being recommended to you by someone at work, and then requested a quote. We received a follow up call and the service was very good – the staff didn’t seem pushy or pressure us at all. Instead we arranged a meeting time and they visited us and drew us some conservatory design and price estimations based on our ideas.

The pricing scheme was very good as well. The spreadsheet design showed when parts were added or removed, the price was automatically adjusted. This was extremely helpful as we were working to quite a tight budget.

Our Victorian Conservatory looks great now it’s installed and we’re very happy to have done business with you. Please feel free to use this letter for anyone looking for Conservatories in the future.

All the best,
A. Batten,
Rothwell.

Double Glazing, Leeds

The following is a testimonial we received recently in follow up to installing Double Glazing, Leeds

Dear Sir/Madam,

Recently I had all of my windows and doors replaced with double glazed windows at my house in Leeds. My old ones were wearing and the draughts and lack of security started to become quite worrying. After finding you via your website, the initial contact was extremely friendly and I was happy that I didn’t feel like you were pushing me in to buying anything.

The fitters did a brilliant job, nothing was too much trouble for them, and I felt very happy leaving them in my home when I went to work. They were completely trustworthy and definitely a credit to your company with a very friendly and professional approach.

The people that have seen them have commented on the quality of the windows and workmanship, I have told them all where to find you, so hopefully you will have some more business from our area very soon.

Thank you for your great service,
Regards,

Allison Butler,
Leeds

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m writing in regards to the conservatory we recently bought. It was a Gable Conservatory, as we just feel in love with the design. The installers have been in this week, making sure it’s fitted exactly how we want. They were very understanding and extremely helpful when it came to our requirements.

We decided that we wanted Window Blinds fitted, so that we can sit in there at night but be shaded away. I doubt anyone will look in our garden, but it’s nice to have the feel of privacy.

My husband suggested that we get had Casement Windows installed, I don’t really know much about them, but obviously they work well and it’s nice to have some quality windows which we know are safe and secure.

The installers were also very good at cleaning up their mess – they were very good at cleaning it as they went. Can you please thank them for being very professional and generally nice to my husband and I.

We now have a beautiful new Conservatory. Thank you.

Yours Sincerely,
Mrs Patterson

West Yorkshire Windows TV Campaign

Conservatory Outlet, the largest installer of conservatories in the North of England is stepping up its TV advertising campaign.

Throughout 2008 a series of adverts on Yorkshire TV shot Andrew Glover, the face of the advertisements to fame in the Yorkshire region. With the phrase ‘You better be quick, these deals can’t last forever’. West Yorkshire WIndows, a Conservatory Outlet dealer, promoted a series of special offers on Conservatories and Energy Efficient uPVC Windows.

The emphasis was based around encouraging customers to visit the West Yorkshire showrooms in Wakefield and Leeds. Also, the adverts drove traffic to the website and telephone enquiries to the call handling centre in Leeds.

The adverts were soon rolled out to the Granada TV region with Chris Mitchell fronting the regional campaign. Format was the same, but with different offers for the conservatory showrooms in Preston, Kendal and Holmes Chapel.

Matthew Glover, the Managing Director of Conservatory Outlet explained, “Although it is not cheap to advertise on ITV, we have found that our formula of having a front man (Andrew/Chris) explaining the latest special offers really drives interest to our website and showrooms. So, we are extending our campaign further.”

The company has committed to continue advertising every month, with a high density campaign over the summer months to take full advantage of peak conservatory buying markets, and the warmer weather. The latest advert includes a massive 35% off Tailor Made Orangeries and Conservatories, with only a £99 deposit and buy now pay in 12 months facility – Interest free credit also available.

The TV advertising is backed at West Yorkshire Windows by a strong internet marketing strategy with lead generation through pay per click and search engine optimisation strategies. The website is highly user friendly, with plenty of quality content containing all the information one would need about the latest contemporary conservatories, uPVC windows and doors.

Conservatory Outlet retailers install over 40 conservatories per week throughout Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire, Cumbria, Shropshire, Mid Wales and South Wales. They currently have 12 conservatory showrooms in York, Harrogate, Leeds, Wakefield, Mirfield, Kendal, Preston, Holmes Chapel, Oswestry, Newtown, Pontypool and Raglan Garden Centre with West Yorkshire Windows using the Leeds and Wakefield showrooms.
