Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m writing in regards to the conservatory we recently bought. It was a Gable Conservatory, as we just feel in love with the design. The installers have been in this week, making sure it’s fitted exactly how we want. They were very understanding and extremely helpful when it came to our requirements.

We decided that we wanted Window Blinds fitted, so that we can sit in there at night but be shaded away. I doubt anyone will look in our garden, but it’s nice to have the feel of privacy.

My husband suggested that we get had Casement Windows installed, I don’t really know much about them, but obviously they work well and it’s nice to have some quality windows which we know are safe and secure.

The installers were also very good at cleaning up their mess – they were very good at cleaning it as they went. Can you please thank them for being very professional and generally nice to my husband and I.

We now have a beautiful new Conservatory. Thank you.

This is a letter we received in regards to a customers new conservatory in Yorkshire

Dear sir/madam,

We are writing in thanks of the fantastic service we have recently received when designing and ordering our new conservatory. After getting quotes from a number of the other companies (some of which were cheaper), Mark was by far the most friendly, honest and helpful and it was for this reason that we chose to place our order with West Yorkshire Windows. We were especially impressed by the transparency of he costing process (though the use of the spreadsheet) and with Mark’s superb expertise.

He has been extremely patient with us (despite numerous phone calls, changes to requirement and our efforts to negotiate down further); we have benefit from his advice in both design and specification. Mark has made us feel confident that we will receive a quality conservatory that works practically for us as a family whilst being aesthetically pleasing, for which we are very grateful. We now look forward to our new conservatory!

Hi again,

I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help with our new uPVC double glazed conservatory. Everyone was so nice and helpful. 

We were very impressed on how it all pieced together and that there wasn’t any extra work that needed to be done. We were told that quite often this is the case with other manufacturers.

We are extremely happy with the new conservatory, it is fantastic to sit in after work and relax. It’s also nice to know that it’s extremely secure with quality window and door locks along with the double glazing.

We have suggested your company to all of our friends. I have to say that the people from West Yorkshire Windows offer great conservatories in Leeds and were available to give out some helpful advice whenever we wanted to ask anything.

We will be coming back in the future.

I am writing to say thanks for the great service we have received from West Yorkshire Windows.

Colin the salesman was courteous, knowledgeable about the uPVC double glazing, and not pressurising at all, his honesty and lack of pushiness surprised my husband and myself, after stories we had heard about other companies.

The surveyor and arranging the survey was easy, the fitting of our new uPVC windows was arranged quickly and all the times and dates kept to.

Your window fitters, when they fit our energy efficient windows recently, were hard working, kept the house clean and the windows looked great.  A small scratch on 1 of the double glazed units was noted and the fitter immediately arranged for a replacement unit.  Again there was no chasing up needed I was contacted promptly and the fitting arranged at a mutually convenient time.  Again the maintenance man was polite, respectful and worked hard.

All in all I would just like to say what a pleasure it has been to work with such a professional company with excellent standards and service from start to finish, thank you.

We will certainly recommend you to others and wish you every success in the future.
