Local Window Business Goes ‘Contact-Free’
Family-run company, West Yorkshire Windows, has adapted to the nation’s current crisis by providing virtual appointments for the safety and convenience of its customers and staff.
The company are now offering a ‘contact-free’ option to provide quotations for windows, doors, conservatories, orangeries, solid roofs and small extensions. The team will use email, telephone and video calling to assess customer requirements and take measurements from the outside of the property only.
Says West Yorkshire Windows’ Managing Director, Matthew Glover: ‘While people are following the government’s advice to stay home, now could be a good and convenient time to continue with home improvement plans. The customer feedback we’re receiving on these new measures is incredibly positive, with many saying they want to continue to support small, local businesses during these difficult times.’
The company understands many people are facing financial insecurity at present and is offering deposit protection on all orders. Customers can also take advantage of the Buy Now Pay Later option, with nothing to pay until 2021.
