SERVICE CALLS
During your guarantee period, all service calls to your home are free of charge. Simply telephone with details of your problem and our highly experienced Service Engineers will take care of you professionally and efficiently.
They know our systems inside out, and will identify the source of your problem quickly. More often than not they are able to rectify the issue there and then. If not they will order any parts needed and arrange to come back to you at a convenient time.
WHATS EXCLUDED
There is not much that can actually go wrong with our systems. They are tried and tested designs which have been engineered to provide many years of trouble free service. Occasionally little problems might crop up such as a handle or a hinge that might need adjusting or replacing, manufacturing defects, although very rare, can sometimes be found. In this situation, anything that is deemed to be a material defect in the system is replaced free of charge during your 20 year guarantee.
